Kae's paintings of lighthouses, buildings, boats, trees and rooftops - all featuring a distinct, vibrant hue of blue - evoke feelings of nostalgia and summertime simplicity in all of us.

"The little silhouettes are of a carefree time we all remember. Running laughing through a field, playing games with friends, watching the sky darken to indigo on a hot summer night as a child. To hear that distant laughter of your childhood in your mind as you look at my silhouettes and evoke a sense of nostalgia, even if it is just a glimpse."
