"This delicate simple porcelain bowl is decorated with pink and white prunus blossom in the Famille Rose style on this face of the bowl. It is such a thing of beauty. The bowl was auctioned in Luxembourg in January 2023. I decided to fill the bowl with more prunus blossoms as they were just so lovely.
The scene is visited by one our cheeky Galahs. These birds visit our garden in family groups through the year. Their soft pink feathers against pale grey wing plumage is a wonderful sight. Whether its balancing on the power lines and playing by flipping over and screeching or gliding in like Star Wars flyers onto the bird feeder, they always make us laugh. They are crazy such characters."
