Kylie is an abstract artist from the Gold Coast. Her abstract works look to capture the everyday Australian landscape in an emotive and textured manner.
“I specialise in medium to large scale mixed media abstract landscapes. I use lots of different mediums and heavy textures to bring out the best in my work. I love to showcase the more grittier, the more raw aspect of the Australian landscape. More about the geological formations of the land itself rather than the traditional landscape of blue skies, green grass and beach scenes. . The way my art feels to touch is also an important element to my work and one that is appreciated when viewing these artworks in person”.
Kylie’s works have been displayed in several exhibitions, Gold Coast and Melbourne Galleries, and appeared in Grand Designs Australia Magazine 2022, as well as featured in ArtEdit Magazine 2022.
