Gina Fishman is a Melbourne based artist. After a 10-year hiatus, she returned to painting full time in 2014 after working for many years as a knitwear designer in New York.
Contemporary and varied in subject matter, Gina’s paintings celebrate her experiences and observations of everyday life, events and people, and are often heavily influenced by her time working as a colourist/designer. She is particularly drawn to water scenes and the joy of experiencing the great Australian beaches we are lucky to be surrounded by.
