Mitchell Warner
Mitchell Warner Biography
Mitchell Warner was born in Brisbane. He completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts in Fine Art at Griffith University where he studied sculpture.
He then went on to work in London as a wax moulder for M.S Meridian Bronze Foundry, where he learnt hands on about the bronze sculpture industry.
Today his sculptural works range from traditional bronze figures to conceptual pieces in stainless steel and plywood.
Mitchell also works as custom picture framer for Riverside Framing in Bulimba, creating handmade frames.
When he isn’t making sculpture or picture frames, Mitchell also paints the local landscape in both traditional representations and abstract forms.
His artwork is represented in both private and public collections, and his custom frames hang internationally.
