About the Artist:
Wendy Ng’s work presents itself in an enclosed space of aesthetic form and complex structure. It can be described as, dismantled and transformed evanescent beauty, that is sensual and organic.
Her subtle colour harmonies combined with overlapping patterns and silhouettes create contrasts; balanced between the abstract and the illusion.
Art has always been at the heart of Wendy’s career decisions.Trained in Art and Design at The Wimbledon School of Art, UK, with a Graphic Design and Illustration background in advertising and publishing.
"Painting in the traditional form gives me the opportunity to experiment with the qualities of the paint, the juxtaposition of patterns and textures, to achieve a play of balance and to create rich and inviting paintings."
