After a wetter than usual spring, last summer saw the wildflowers on Nail Can Hill Reserve bloom in abundance. Nat Ward often hikes around the fire trails in the area, and was taken by the delicate subtlety of the flowers against the backdrop of the gumtrees.
With this exhibition, Nat's aim was to capture the nuanced sensation of patterns and light in our native bush land. Join us at Manyung Gallery Malvern to experience the captivating new works in Nat Ward’s ‘Wildflowers on Nail Can’.
Nat Ward was a finalist in the Geelong Contemporary Art Prize 2021.
