Manyung Gallery Malvern

Jacqueline Tiepermann
This series ‘Wallaroy’ by Melbourne based artist Jacqueline Tiepermann speaks to the happiest era of her life, where she was based in an English country-style residence that was secluded, serene, peaceful and tranquil.

These paintings of stunning Hydrangeas feature extravagant lashings of paint, gestural abstract backgrounds, shaped canvases and silver metallic paints. These artworks not only keep beautiful memories alive for the artist but depict a sense of peace, tranquillity and love in a modern and thought-provoking way.

This is her first exhibition in Melbourne since 2010 due to a full exhibition program in Sydney, Los Angeles and Laguna Beach, USA.
