"Based on the forests near my home in the Central West of New South Wales… the subtle colours, new growth, puddles of water. These are my impressions. I start from sketches, studies and memories and then the painting gets a life of it’s own. I hope that my work brings peace and enjoyment, maybe some contemplation on what we have that is precious, our natural environment."
