Biography:

Stephen considers himself to be an optimistic; a man who invests his time, energy, and overall good vibes into the world and his artworks. Stephen developed a talent for drawing at a young age, and after graduating from the National Art School in Newcastle he began travelling through Asia, takin in all carving and painting that enriches these cultures. After returning to Australia, he began teaching ceramics at the Technical College in Grafton, as well as gaining extensive experience with television production and direction both locally and internationally.

 

His first major exhibition was at the Newport Artworks in Pittwater and showed the range of his talent and its appeal as all paintings and sculptures created sold. He has exhibited paintings and sculptures extensively including for many years at Sculpture x Sea, Bondi and Cottesloe.
