Linda Dry Parker Description

Born in Essex, England, Linda Dry-Parker’s works have been exhibited in the Gallery Perutz, London, the Barry Stern and Global Galleries in Sydney, Art Asia, Hong Kong and Port Jackson Fine Art, Laguna Beach California, among others.

Collections and commissions include two huge murals for Walt Disney in Hong Kong, oil paintings for the Shangri La Hotels in both the Philippines and Bangkok and a landscape watercolour series for St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.

“I regard myself as an abstract colourist with a passion for the figure. I use layers of colour as a foundation for my work. Colour is an abstract expression, while I find the figure connects to me with reality.”
